Burrtech Management

Justin Culver is the president and founder of Burrtech Corporation, a metro Denver-based firm that provides IT strategy, consulting, and implementation to businesses. Culver founded Burrtech in 2000 and has grown the company from one person in 2000 to 15 employees in 2010. In addition, Burrtech was named one of the fastest growing private companies in its class by The Denver Business Journal in 2009.

Prior to founding Burrtech, Culver worked as an independent IT consultant and Web site developer. He also worked as a forensic engineer for Knott Laboratory, Inc. in Centennial, Colo. Forensic engineering deals with the investigation and reconstruction of failures in buildings, structures, facilities, vehicles, and other engineered systems. During his tenure with Knott Laboratory, Culver provided engineering and IT expertise in the areas of accident reconstruction, product liability, fire and explosion investigations, forensic animations, and more.

A Colorado native who grew up in Telluride, Culver earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. His areas of specialty at the School of Mines included mechanical engineering and computer science.
